What You’ll Do

This entry-level replenishment and allocation role supports inventory health and in-stock performance across assigned categories for a confidential client. You will work closely with planners, vendors and distribution centers to execute replenishment plans and improve inventory flow.

  • Coordinate execution of inventory and service plans at the sub-class/item level
  • Monitor and adjust replenishment and allocation parameters to meet sales, inventory and service targets
  • Execute and monitor purchase orders and inventory flow from vendor to DC and vendor direct-to-store
  • Analyze product flow and in-stock performance; provide updates and improvement suggestions to management
  • Communicate purchase order plans and performance issues with vendors; track vendor delivery performance and resolve compliance issues
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following experience/education combinations:

  • Three years of experience managing a supply chain function
    OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience managing a supply chain function

Preferred degree fields (one of): Business Administration; Computer Science/Business; Engineering Management; Mathematics; Statistics; Supply Chain Management

Additional qualifications (preferred): strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear vendor/partner communication.
