What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level manufacturing engineering role within a hands-on manufacturing training and development program. You will work on production support and process-improvement projects that deliver measurable reductions in cost and lead time while improving quality and delivery. The role includes mentoring and exposure to operations and corporate teams to accelerate your development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing production processes with required technical and operational support.
  • Develop and deploy product and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Determine manufacturing flow and sequences, material and labor needs, and quality inspection points.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing routers, process documentation, and work instructions.
  • Assist cross-functional teams on process change implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Be prepared to work additional hours when necessary to meet project and production deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality — ability to meet essential on-site commitments.
  • Strong willingness to learn in a production environment and participate in hands-on projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge or experience with manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and procedures.
  • Intermediate materials knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of solid modeling (CAD) tools.

Compensation & Location

  • Estimated pay: $77,221 per year (estimated).
  • Location: Franklin, IN (on-site).
  • Employment type: Full-time, Entry-level.
