The Opportunity

This is a 2-year, full-time, temporary contract role in a Regulatory Early Talent Program (OnePDR). The program is designed to provide early-career life sciences graduates with hands-on regulatory experience, mentorship, and opportunities to rotate or specialize within Product Development Regulatory (PDR). You will support global drug development teams, prepare regulatory documents, and assist with Health Authority interactions to help bring therapies to patients.

  • Work on cross-functional regulatory projects with structured mentorship
  • Build foundational regulatory knowledge across the product lifecycle (clinical to market exit)
  • Gain scientific writing and regulatory documentation experience
  • Opportunity to rotate into other functions or continue specializing in PDR
  • Significant on-site presence expected in South San Francisco, CA

What You’ll Do

  • Support preparation of regulatory documents and filings across therapeutic areas and development stages
  • Contribute to regulatory strategy discussions and health authority interaction preparation
  • Collaborate with global drug development teams and cross-functional partners
  • Learn and apply business processes for regulatory deliverables
  • Track tasks, prioritize work, and deliver assignments on schedule with guidance
  • Share learnings and participate in peer learning and feedback cycles

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in life sciences, biological sciences, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field prior to the program start
  • You are within two years of degree completion and have no more than 1 year of relevant pharmaceutical experience post-degree
  • You have a basic understanding of drug development and an entry-level understanding of the regulatory professional’s role
  • You demonstrate a growth mindset, actively seek feedback, and show commitment to learning
  • You communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and build trust with global colleagues

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range (based on primary location in California): $56,800 - $105,600 USD annually
  • Paid holiday time off benefits
  • Relocation assistance is not offered for this role
