About the Role

This is an entry-level Regulatory Affairs Associate position supporting regulatory registration and market access activities for a Confidential Client in the Scientific & QA industry. This is a corporate, desk-based role within R&I focused on preparing and maintaining registration dossiers for global product launches. Attention to detail and clear communication with regional affiliates are essential. Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in preparing registration dossiers to support market access and product registrations
  • Support local country affiliates with registration queries and documentation requests
  • Create and maintain registration dossiers based on product launch timelines
  • Track and document country-specific registration requirements
  • Maintain KPIs and status reports for registration support activities
  • Provide regular status updates to country affiliates and internal stakeholders
  • Work on assigned projects and meet business timelines for registration support

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or chemistry-related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable collaborating with global teams and following standardized processes

Nice-to-Haves (not required)

  • Prior experience or internship in regulatory affairs, product registration, or a related support role
  • Familiarity with tracking regulatory requirements across multiple countries
  • Experience working with KPI tracking or project documentation
