What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Registered Nurse — Transition to Practice. In this role you will deliver direct patient care while developing clinical skills and professional competencies as part of a structured transition program. Typical responsibilities include:

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients across the care continuum
• Perform patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and patient education
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Participate in orientation and transition-to-practice training, skills validation, and clinical supervision
• Use clinical judgment to escalate changes in patient condition and ensure timely interventions
• Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and professional development activities
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, licensure, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Minimum qualifications (summary derived from the posted requirements):

• English language proficiency sufficient for safe patient care (written and spoken)
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE accreditation where applicable) OR completion of an approved bridge program with equivalent coursework
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration/licensure as a registered nurse in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia — or eligible for temporary appointment under a Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception while actively pursuing licensure
• Ability to meet physical requirements and other clinical standards per employer qualification guidance
• Applicants may be placed at different grade/level assignments (Nurse I levels I–III, Nurse II, Nurse III) based on education and nursing experience:
  • Nurse I, Level I — ADN/Diploma with no additional professional nursing experience
  • Nurse I, Level II — ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialist experience or BSN with no experience
  • Nurse I, Level III — ADN/Diploma + 2 years (one equivalent to Level II) or BSN + 1 year, etc.
  • Nurse II/III — advanced degree and progressive specialized experience as described in the employer’s qualification standard
• Foreign-educated nurses must provide recognized degree equivalency when required

Preferred / helpful experience:

• Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical or other relevant specialty areas
• Demonstrated ability to work in team-based care and apply evidence-based practice
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (provided): $78,551 - $104,467 per year
• Employment type: Full-time (Contract)
