Summary

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care in a memory-care/geriatric clinical setting. This role is a full-time contract opportunity. Compensation range: $74,590 - $137,636 per year.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to support patient-centered outcomes.

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop/implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and scope of practice
• Monitor and document patient status, clinical changes, and interventions
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to support continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and evidence-based practice activities
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members (written and spoken English proficiency required)

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications (candidates must meet one of the education/license pathways below):

• English language proficiency sufficient for safe direct patient care
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration/license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia

Acceptable alternative pathways and notes:

• Individuals in master’s bridge nursing programs who have completed coursework equivalent to a BSN may be eligible for state registration and temporary appointment while completing the program
• Graduates of foreign nursing schools must have current, full, active registration; degrees beyond associate level require a formal equivalency evaluation (e.g., ICD)
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception: candidates meeting education but not licensure requirements may be hired on a temporary appointment while pursuing licensure (per policy; timelines vary)

Grade and experience guidance (examples — final grade assignment depends on scope, practice, leadership, professional development, and evidence-based practice dimensions):

• Nurse I (Level I–III): ADN/diploma or BSN with varying years of experience as described in qualification standards
• Nurse II / Nurse III: BSN/MSN + specialized experience or advanced degree and demonstrable leadership/clinical scope
