Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg / Telemetry unit in Saint Bernard, OH. This role is ideal for new-grad RNs or early-career nurses who want structured clinical experience delivering safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do
As a Med-Surg / Telemetry RN you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses, including telemetry monitoring
- Collect and document vital signs, assessments and patient responses to interventions
- Administer IV and other medications safely and in accordance with state law and organizational policy
- Implement and revise individualized patient care plans to achieve expected outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state where you will practice, or RN licensure application in process
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association). May be required prior to direct patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply clinical skills for Med-Surg and telemetry patients
- Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Clinical practicum or internship experience on Med-Surg or telemetry units
- Prior experience administering IV medications and working with cardiac monitoring
