About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a Registered Nurse – Restorative for a contract, full-time position based in Sioux Falls, SD. This role focuses on restorative nursing care to support patient mobility, functional independence, and long‑term rehabilitation goals within a healthcare & nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver restorative nursing care and interventions to assigned patients.
- Implement individualized care plans that promote function, mobility, and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT/OT, physicians, nursing staff) to coordinate restorative programs.
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and prevention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse (RN) in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (ACEN or CCNE accreditation where applicable), or equivalent foreign credential with recognized degree equivalency validation.
- English language proficiency sufficient to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Ability to complete pre-employment physical and any required medical evaluations.
Notes on licensure and entry options:
- Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception: Candidates meeting education requirements but not yet licensed may be appointed temporarily (up to 120 days, potentially extended case-by-case) while actively pursuing licensure.
- Grade/level assignments (Nurse I–III or Nurse II/III) are determined by education, experience, and the documented Scope/Dimension criteria.
Preferred / Experience
- Prior restorative nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across clinical teams and to lead small program initiatives is a plus.

Compensation
- Base salary range: $63,446 - $114,610 per year (Confidential Client provides the listed range).
- Salary is provided to comply with applicable pay‑transparency requirements and reflects the posted range for this role.
