What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across assigned caseloads (assessments, medication administration, care planning and documentation).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, evidence-based treatment and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow established policies, standards, and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety activities, and professional development efforts.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (ACEN or CCNE) or equivalent degree pathway.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth or the District of Columbia required.
• Candidates enrolled in a master’s-level bridge program who meet coursework equivalency may be eligible for temporary appointment pending state licensure.
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception: candidates who meet education requirements but not yet licensed may be hired on a temporary appointment while pursuing licensure (per program rules).
• Education/experience ladders described (examples):
  • Nurse I, Level I — ADN or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Nurse I, Level II — ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized experience, or BSN.
  • Nurse I, Level III — ADN/Diploma + 2 years experience, or BSN + 1 year, or MSN.
  • Nurse II / Nurse III — advanced degrees (MSN/MS/Doctoral) and progressive specialized experience as described in qualification criteria.
• Candidates with foreign nursing education may need formal degree equivalency validation from a recognized evaluator for credit beyond entry-level.

• Use of fingers; both hands required

• Compensation: $87,530 — $158,421 per year (range provided by our client)
