What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our Confidential Client you will provide direct patient care across acute-care settings including Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), Labour & Delivery (L&D), and Medical-Surgical (Med‑Surg). You will assess and monitor patients, implement care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and follow hospital and regulatory policies to ensure safe, high-quality care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform rapid, focused assessments and triage in high-acuity settings (ED).
  • Stabilize and monitor patients (trauma, cardiac, respiratory, acute illness).
  • Establish IV access, administer medications, and support life‑saving interventions.
  • Maintain sterile technique, assist in surgical procedures, and manage OR documentation.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal status during labour and support childbirth and postpartum care.
  • Administer medications, manage wounds, IV therapies, and post‑op care on Med‑Surg units.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow‑up.
  • Document care accurately and adhere to infection‑prevention and patient‑safety protocols.
  • Prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Current, active U.S. RN license (state-specific licensure required for placement).
  • NCLEX passer.
  • BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on department.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care or long‑term care experience preferred; select entry-level/new graduate opportunities may be available.
  • For TN visa applicants: must be a Canadian citizen (per TN rules).
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred / Valuable Experience

  • Prior experience in one or more of: Emergency Department, Operating Room, Labour & Delivery, Medical‑Surgical.
  • Ability to function independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfort with fast‑paced, high-acuity caseloads and emergency procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage range: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (varies by facility and location).
  • Estimated annual compensation (example): ~$52,924 (actual pay depends on hours/location).
  • $2,000 arrival bonus (where applicable).
  • 3 weeks paid time off; medical benefits.
  • Relocation support: the Confidential Client assists with finding and furnishing housing, pays first month’s rent and utilities, and covers flights to the USA where applicable.
  • Immigration support: the Confidential Client files and pays for costs associated with EB‑3, TN, and F‑1 (student) visas for eligible candidates.

Locations & Work Authorization

  • Current hiring locations include Kansas, Nebraska, New York, and Massachusetts; placements are in hospital settings.
  • State licensure requirements apply for each placement; candidates must obtain or hold the required state RN license prior to starting work in that state.
  • Visa sponsorship and immigration assistance are offered for eligible international candidates (EB‑3, TN, F‑1) as described above. TN eligibility requires Canadian citizenship in accordance with U.S. immigration rules.
