What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg Oncology night shift. In this entry-level role you will deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care while developing clinical skills and working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct nursing care for patients with medical and surgical oncology diagnoses
- Collect and interpret vital signs; perform ongoing patient assessments
- Administer IV and other medications safely and document per policy
- Develop, evaluate, and update individualized plans of care to support patient outcomes
- Implement clinical nursing interventions and maintain a therapeutic, safe environment
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff
- Participate in shift handoffs, accurate charting, and unit-based communication
- Perform other duties as assigned that support patient care and unit operations
Shift & Compensation
- Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (per posted schedule)
- Estimated salary (source): $30,190 per year (estimated)
- Sign-on bonuses (as posted):
- Up to $7,500 for RNs with 1+ year prior experience
- Up to $5,000 for New Grad RNs

Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or RN applicant eligible for licensure in South Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) — American Heart Association (preferred upon hire; must be obtained prior to direct patient care)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform safe medication administration and basic IV care
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work on a care team
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
