What You’ll Do
This Registered Nurse — Home Telehealth role supports virtual care delivery and coordination for patients in the Marion, IN area. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective telehealth nursing services.
- Conduct remote patient assessments and telehealth visits
- Provide patient education, self-management coaching, and follow-up
- Triage clinical concerns and escalate to appropriate providers when needed
- Document care, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Coordinate care across disciplines and community resources
- Apply evidence-based practice and contribute to quality improvement
- Participate in required training; occasional off-site travel for training may be required
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the basic requirements for professional nursing practice and applicable grade-level criteria.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse (RN) in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, Diploma, BSN) or equivalent (foreign-educated applicants must meet degree equivalency requirements)
- English language proficiency sufficient for written and spoken communication
- Education/experience align with grade determinations (Nurse I, II, III) per the employer's qualification standard:
- Nurse I (Level I–III): ADN/Diploma or BSN + progressive professional experience as described in the qualification standard
- Nurse II / III: BSN/MSN/Doctoral degrees and years of specialized experience as specified by grade
- Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception may apply for candidates actively pursuing licensure (temporary appointment rules apply)
- Physical requirements: visual acuity, hearing, clear speech, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform periods of walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
Employment Type & Compensation
- Employment type: Contract, Full-time
- Salary range: $68,976 - $141,844 per year (provided by the client)
- Location: Marion, IN
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Telehealth or home health nursing experience
- BSN, MSN, or advanced nursing education
- Experience with care coordination, quality improvement, or leadership roles
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice and clinical outcome measurement
