What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient and primary-care oriented setting. You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support evidence-based practices and patient-centered outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, following established protocols and care plans
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, including medication administration and documentation
• Coordinate with providers, ancillary staff, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Use clinical judgment to triage, escalate, and manage complex patient situations
• Support quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in clinical records

Qualifications (Required)

Candidates must meet regulatory and professional licensure requirements:

• Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE, or equivalent (foreign-educated nurses must have degree equivalency and acceptable registration)
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• English language proficiency sufficient for safe, effective patient care (written and spoken)
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception may apply for eligible candidates pursuing licensure (temporary appointment rules apply)
• Meet any applicable clinical scope and grade/level criteria outlined by the client (scope/level details provided in official assessment links)

Preferred Experience

• Primary care, outpatient, medical/surgical, fast track, or general nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
• BSN or higher is advantageous for higher grade/level consideration
• Experience with evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary teamwork

Physical Requirements

This role includes the physical activity commonly expected of direct patient care nursing roles:

• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Moderate lifting and patient mobility assistance (use of safe patient handling protocols)
• Repeated bending or kneeling as needed for patient care

Compensation & Employment Type

• Pay range (posted): $87,200 - $145,373 per year
• Employment type: Contract and Full time opportunities available
