Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support Family Medicine at the Park Meadows clinic in Centennial, CO. This onsite RN role supports physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), provides direct patient care, and helps maintain efficient clinic operations.
- Escort patients to and from exam rooms and prepare them for provider visits
- Perform telephone triage, patient education, and respond to pharmacy and physician calls
- Take vital signs, record medical history and symptoms, and ensure charts and lab results are complete
- Administer immunizations and minor treatments per provider orders
- Serve as a patient liaison—report results and answer patient questions per provider direction
- Document care and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications
Minimum requirements (vary by level — Entry, Intermediate, Senior):
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or ANCC)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or equivalent)
Experience expectations by level:
- Entry: new graduate or recent graduate of accredited nursing program
- Intermediate: plus ~2 years nursing experience
- Senior: plus ~4 years nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 1–2+ years of clinic or job-related experience, preferably in primary care/family medicine
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus
- Certification in a specialty area (ANCC) desirable
- Experience with Epic (EHR), Kronos, and HealthStream
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels (physicians, leadership, multi‑disciplinary teams)
- Comfortable working in large, complex healthcare systems
- Data analysis and reporting skills; ability to compile reports and presentations
- Calm, courteous approach to patients and ability to manage stressful situations
- Reliable task completion and time management
Conditions of Employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Confidential Client is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role now or in the future
- Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education
- Must be able to work onsite at the Park Meadows clinic in Centennial, CO and travel to alternate clinic locations as assigned
- Background check and compliance with clinic vaccination/medical surveillance policies as required
- Maintain current BLS certification
Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated pay ranges (by level):
- Entry Level: $69,160 to $80,226 per year
- Intermediate Level: $74,347 to $86,243 per year
- Senior Level: $79,534 to $93,850 per year
