Registered Nurse - ENT, Highlands Ranch (Part-Time)

About the Role
This is a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) role supporting ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) clinic operations at an onsite clinic in Highlands Ranch, CO (32 hours/week). You will work alongside physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to deliver patient-centered care, perform clinical procedures, support patient education, and help manage clinic workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Escort patients to/from exam rooms and prepare them for physician/provider visits
- Obtain and document vitals, medical history, symptoms, and relevant chart/lab results
- Perform telephone triage and respond to patient questions; act as a liaison between patients and clinicians
- Administer immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed
- Report test results to patients per physician direction
- Handle physician and pharmacy calls, and provide patient education
- Support clinic operations to ensure high-quality, timely patient care
Work Location
- Onsite — Highlands Ranch, Colorado (must be able to work in person and travel to alternate clinic locations as assigned)
Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated pay range (hiring range by level):
- Entry: $55,328 - $64,180 per year
- Intermediate: $59,477 - $68,994 per year
- Senior: $63,627 - $75,080 per year
Total compensation includes generous benefits typical of an academic medical center (medical, dental, disability, retirement contributions, tuition benefits, paid time off, ECO Pass, etc.). This position is eligible for overtime compensation where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Entry level:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or ANCC)
Intermediate level:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or ANCC)
- Two (2) years of nursing experience
Senior level:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or ANCC)
- Four (4) years of nursing experience
Substitution:
- A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One to two (1–2) or more years of clinic-related experience
- Bilingual — Spanish-speaking preferred
- Specialty nursing certification (ANCC)
- Experience with Epic, Kronos, and HealthStream
Conditions of Employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado and maintenance of required licensure/certifications
- Must be able to work onsite and travel between assigned clinic locations as needed
- Background checks and compliance with vaccination/medical surveillance policies of affiliated facilities may be required
