What You’ll Do

The Registered Nurse (RN) supports physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) by delivering safe, professional, patient-centered nursing care in a specialty ENT clinic. This role follows established nursing standards and clinic workflows.

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and prepare them for physician or APP exams
• Perform telephone triage, provide patient education, and manage physician and pharmacy calls
• Take and document vital signs, medical history, symptoms, and ensure charts and lab/test results are complete
• Administer immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed
• Serve as liaison between patients and providers — respond to patient questions, communicate test results per physician direction
• Assist with clinic operational tasks that support patient flow and quality of care

Work Location & Schedule

• Onsite — Highlands Ranch, CO (Aurora area)
• Part-time position — 32 hours per week (schedule to be determined with hiring manager)
• Must be able to travel to alternate locations when assigned

Compensation & Benefits

The posting includes a hiring range based on level of experience. This position is eligible for overtime.

• Entry Level: $55,328 – $64,180 per year
• Intermediate Level: $59,477 – $68,994 per year
• Senior Level: $63,627 – $75,080 per year

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications vary by level. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at time of hire.

• Entry Level
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or equivalent)
• Intermediate Level
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program plus two (2) years of nursing experience
• Senior Level
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program plus four (4) years of nursing experience

Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• One to two or more years of job-related clinic experience
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
• Specialty nursing certification (ANCC) in relevant area
• Experience with Epic, Kronos, and HealthStream

Conditions of Employment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or equivalent)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado, and maintain required licenses/certifications
• Maintain continuing education requirements
• Must be able to work onsite and travel as assigned
• Background check required
• Compliance with applicable vaccination or medical surveillance requirements where appropriate for clinical sites
