What You’ll Do
This role is for a Registered Nurse — Dialysis (RN) supporting dialysis services for our confidential client in Cleveland, OH. You will deliver safe, evidence-based hemodialysis care to patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support continuous quality improvement.
- Provide direct patient care for chronic hemodialysis patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Operate and monitor dialysis equipment; manage vascular access and infection-prevention protocols
- Administer medications, document treatments in the electronic medical record, and escalate clinical changes per policy
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care, self-management, and safety
- Participate in quality-improvement activities, staff education, and unit-based performance measures
- Communicate and coordinate with nephrology providers, pharmacists, and other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
To be considered, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia (Ohio RN license required for practice in Cleveland)
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE accreditation at time of graduation) or equivalent foreign credentials with validated equivalency where applicable
- Proficiency in basic written and spoken English sufficient for safe patient care
- For candidates not yet licensed: Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) temporary appointment may be available while pursuing licensure (per client policy and applicable regulations)
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods, use computer/keyboard for EMR documentation, and perform moderate lifting/movement tasks (up to ~35 lbs) in accordance with Safe Patient Handling and Mobility guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 1–2 years Med/Surg nursing experience
- 1–2 years chronic hemodialysis / dialysis nursing experience
- Familiarity with dialysis-specific equipment, vascular access care, and infection-control best practices
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic medical records
Employment Type & Compensation
- Employment type: Full time; Contractor options available (per confidential client)
- Salary: $82,275 - $151,235 per year (provided by the confidential client)

Location
Cleveland, OH — on-site clinical role. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and hold/obtain any required state licensure before independent practice.
