What You’ll Do

• Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care in a Community Living Center (long‑term care) setting.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, including medication administration and nursing interventions.
• Monitor resident condition, recognize changes in clinical status and escalate per facility protocols.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (Nursing Assistants, Therapists, Providers, Social Work, Pharmacy).
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record and complete required clinical reporting.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection control and evidence‑based practice activities.
• Serve as an advocate for residents and support a therapeutic, person‑centered environment.
• Follow all regulatory, licensure and facility policies; participate in required training and pre‑employment examinations as needed.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency sufficient for safe, effective patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (ACEN or CCNE) OR equivalent validated foreign nursing education plus current, full, active, unrestricted registration.
• Current, full, active and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. State, Territory or the District of Columbia (or eligible for appointment under a Graduate Nurse Technician exception while pursuing licensure).
• Candidates without required licensure may be appointed temporarily while actively pursuing RN licensure per program rules (GNT exception).
• Education and experience combinations will determine grade/level (Nurse I Level I–III, Nurse II, Nurse III) per the employer’s qualification standard and dimension criteria (Practice, Veteran/Patient‑Driven Care, Leadership, Professional Development, Evidence‑Based Practice/Research).
• Ability to complete any required pre‑employment physical or evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred for higher grade assignment.
• Prior experience in long‑term care, community living centers, or geriatric nursing.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership, strong communication skills, and commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement.

• Employer: Confidential Client (you will be employed by the Confidential Client if selected)
• Location: Saint Cloud, MN
• Employment type: Contract; Full time
• Salary: $85,887 - $152,379 per year
