What You’ll Do

This Registered Nurse role provides direct patient care across clinical settings. As an RN with our confidential client you will:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and document patient status and interventions
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in line with scope of practice and policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and communicate changes in condition
• Provide patient and family education focused on recovery, self-care and safety
• Support quality improvement, professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Adhere to infection control and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols

Qualifications

Minimum requirements (candidates will be evaluated against these):

• English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE, OR equivalent foreign credential with an accepted equivalency evaluation
• Current, full, active, unrestricted RN registration/license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• Education/experience pathways accepted (grade/level determinations applied at hiring):
  • Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma — entry-level nursing roles
  • ADN/Diploma + 1–2 years clinical experience or BSN — mid-level roles
  • BSN/MSN/Doctoral degrees and progressive specialized experience considered for senior/lead roles
• Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception may apply for candidates pursuing licensure (temporary appointment while completing licensure requirements)
• Ability to meet physical and sensory requirements: lifting, prolonged standing/walking, bending, reaching, depth perception, clear speech and hearing (hearing aids permitted)
• Ability to work in variable-paced environments and manage multiple priorities

Note: Foreign-educated candidates may need formal degree equivalency validation (e.g., ICD) for education higher than associate/entry level.
