What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Registered Nurse (ACC Bravo Clinic) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting. This role is a full-time contract position based in Redlands, CA.
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical assessments to assigned patients.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including documentation and clinical reporting.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to scope of practice and clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate veteran/patient-focused care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and support continuity of care during transitions.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements (applicants must meet one of the education/license pathways below):
- English language proficiency.
- U.S. citizenship or appointment eligibility in accordance with applicable client policy.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ACEN or CCNE) OR equivalent international credential with accepted equivalency documentation.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration/license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or D.C.
- Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception: candidates meeting education requirements but pending licensure may be appointed on a temporary basis while pursuing RN licensure (time-limited).
Grade/level guidance (used to determine placement):
- Nurse I, Level I — ADN/Diploma with no additional nursing experience.
- Nurse I, Level II — ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized experience OR BSN.
- Nurse I, Level III — ADN/Diploma + 2 years (one at Level II) OR BSN + 1 year, or MSN with no experience.
- Nurse II / Nurse III — advanced education (BSN/MSN/MSN+experience) or demonstrated leadership/specialized experience per dimension requirements.

Required / Preferred Skills
- Current RN license in good standing (required).
- Clinical experience in ambulatory care, primary care, or specialty clinic settings (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Heavy lifting (45+ lbs) and moderate carrying (15–44 lbs).
- Pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulder, use of fingers — both hands required.
- Walking/standing up to 6 hours; intermittent kneeling and repeated bending.
- Near and far vision requirements; ability to distinguish colors.
- Hearing (aid permitted) and emotional/mental stability to perform duties.
Compensation & Employment Type
- Salary range (as listed by the source): $103,350 - $186,937 per year.
- Employment type: Full time, Contractor.
