Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Registration/Licensure-Eligible Registered Dietitian to join its clinical team in Wickenburg, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, dietetic interns who completed accredited programs, and early-career nutrition professionals eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam and obtain state licensure where required.

• Schedule: 4 on-site days / 1 virtual day (hybrid)
• Employment type: Full-time
• Salary: $60,000 - $78,000 per year
• Retention bonus: $15,000 (paid according to company policy)

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client delivers multidisciplinary care for eating disorder recovery. As a Registered Dietitian you will:

• Oversee and document all client meals prepared on campus
• Ensure nutritional services meet established clinical standards and regulations
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor client intake and progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans
• Apply HAES-informed, behavior-focused nutrition care in a residential treatment setting
• Support a therapeutic food environment that is homelike and recovery-oriented

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree plus credential as a Registered Dietitian OR Master’s degree with the ability to become licensed within the required timeframe
• Eligible to sit for the CDR exam (or already credentialed)
• At least 1 year of healthcare-related work experience (psychiatric/eating-disorder experience preferred; internships count)
• CPR/BLS certification (must have or obtain before start)
• Strong computer skills and accurate documentation practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a passion for client-centered care
