Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Registered Dietitian to join their Residential Eating Disorder Treatment team in Congress, AZ. This hybrid, clinical role supports nutrition care across residential and outpatient programs using HAES-informed, recovery-focused nutrition therapy. This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates who are registration- or licensure-eligible, dietetic interns who have completed an accredited program, and early-career RDs.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Registered Dietitian is a clinical and leadership team member who helps design and deliver individualized and group nutritional care for clients with eating disorders. Key responsibilities include:

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, including menu review and foodservice documentation
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor clients’ oral intake and progress
• Ensure nutritional services comply with clinical standards, regulations, and policies
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and update Master Treatment Plans
• Deliver HAES-informed, behavior-focused nutrition interventions (individual and group sessions)
• Support families and caregivers with education when appropriate and document clinical notes in the record
• Participate in staff trainings and clinical reviews to maintain high-quality care

Schedule & Employment Type

• Hybrid schedule: 4 on-site days and 1 virtual day per week
• Employment Type: Full-time (Contractor option noted in posting). Final employment arrangement will be clarified during hiring.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 – $78,000 per year
• $15,000 retention bonus (paid according to company policy)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus credential as a Registered Dietitian (RD) OR Master’s degree with ability to obtain state licensure within employer timeframes
• Registration/licensure-eligible candidates (able to sit for the CDR exam) are welcome
• At least one year of healthcare experience (clinical internship counts; psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification required prior to start (or obtain immediately)
• Strong clinical documentation and computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for helping clients recover
