Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic environment in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, in-person BCBA supervision, and both full-time and limited part-time schedules available.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children in a clinic setting
  • Engage children through play-based learning, structured activities, and skill-building exercises
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress
  • Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team
  • Receive direct feedback, hands-on coaching, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
  • Collaborate with speech, OT, psychology, and other allied professionals
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families and create a supportive learning environment

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and qualifications)
  • Full-time and limited part-time opportunities available
  • Paid RBT training and certification support provided

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working with children and supporting individuals with developmental differences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation required for clinic locations
  • Ability to complete a background check during onboarding
  • Experience working with children preferred but not required — we will train the right candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • BLS/CPR certification preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Sit, stand, kneel, squat, and crawl for extended periods as needed
  • Participate in activities involving movement and play
  • Maintain a variety of physical positions during therapy sessions
