Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy services in Hollywood, FL. This full-time RBT role supports children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and working under BCBA supervision. This opportunity is ideal for certified RBTs and entry-level candidates committed to making a measurable difference.


What You’ll Do

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behavior to inform treatment goals and progress
  • Provide positive reinforcement and support to promote learning and skill acquisition
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment during sessions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Follow treatment protocols, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ~1 year of experience as an RBT preferred; entry-level candidates with strong training interest are encouraged to apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Compassion, patience, and sensitivity when working with children with ASD and their families

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $24 - $30 per hour
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Location: Hollywood, FL (on-site client sessions; schedule may include daytime hours and occasional variability depending on client needs)
