Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children. This role is ideal for caring, organized people who want hands-on experience in ABA and a pathway to RBT certification. Training is provided; new hires must obtain RBT certification within 90 days.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client provides one-on-one ABA services. As an RBT you will:

• Implement ABA treatment programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data using data-collection software and report concerns to the supervising BCBA
• Review and apply consultation/supervision notes and treatment recommendations
• Mentor and assist with onboarding new Behavior Technicians as needed
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with families and colleagues
• Follow confidentiality, mandated reporting, and company policies
• Provide services primarily in clients’ homes (occasional clinic work possible; travel may be required)

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Clean criminal history (background check required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with clinical staff and families
• Evening availability required (minimum three evening shifts)
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire

Schedule & Location

• Position based in Hartland, MI with in-home service delivery across nearby communities
• Part-time, full-time, contract, and internship opportunities available
• Evening and some weekend availability often required; occasional travel to clinic locations may be needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Up to a $250 sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment, per client policy)
