What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Region 1 Site Coordinator to lead school-level implementation of integrated student supports. In this role you will lead a school support team, coordinate tiered services, and use data to measure and improve impact for students.

  • Implement the CIS model of integrated student supports at the school level.
  • Convene and lead a School Support Team that partners with administrators, teachers, families, volunteers and community providers.
  • Lead the annual needs assessment and use school data to identify priorities and target interventions.
  • Develop, implement and monitor a School Support Plan with measurable Tier I (universal), Tier II (targeted) and Tier III (intensive) supports.
  • Coordinate delivery of evidence-based services and track student-level and school-wide outcomes.
  • Establish a systematic data collection process; evaluate and report program effectiveness.
  • Produce annual end-of-year reports for school leaders and affiliate/state/national partners.
  • Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers and community partners as needed.
  • Regularly monitor service delivery and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you should demonstrate the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to support positive youth development and school partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with school-age youth and collaborating with school staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop measurable objectives and produce reports.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
  • Ability to travel to trainings and professional development.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Compensation & Employment Details

  • Employment type: Full time
  • Location: Mountville, GA (onsite)
  • Salary: $40,000 — $44,000 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
