Role Summary

Confidential Client is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) to support a high-volume, full‑lifecycle recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on scheduling, logistics, and candidate-facing coordination in a fast-paced, intellectually driven financial services environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across teams to ensure a seamless candidate and interviewer experience
  • Manage candidate communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain interview schedules; manage real-time changes and candidate flow for in-person interview days and superdays
  • Greet candidates onsite and provide day-of support to ensure smooth execution
  • Plan and execute logistics for campus recruiting events (on-campus presentations, superdays)
  • Manage end-to-end event operations: venue coordination, catering, materials, and day-of execution
  • Support summer internship program logistics and events
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for candidates
  • Manage candidate reimbursements and recruiting vendor payments
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse): resumes, applicant records, schedules, and feedback
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional experience to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with hiring managers, recruiters, business partners, and external vendors/agencies
  • Assist with ad hoc HR and recruiting projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3+ years in a similar administrative or coordination role; financial services experience preferred
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, flexibility, and initiative
  • Strong professionalism and confidence with candidate-facing interactions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with project coordination and event logistics
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)

Location & Employment Type

  • Onsite — 5 days per week in Fairfield, CT (role supports in-person interview days and campus events)
  • Employment type: Contract

Compensation

  • Estimated pay (as provided in source posting): $66,450 per year (estimated). Exact compensation will be determined by the Confidential Client and may vary based on experience and role specifics.
