What You’ll Do

The Recruiting Operations Specialist supports recruiting operations for Campus Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. You’ll be a Workday-focused operational partner who improves processes, manages day-to-day recruiting workflows, supports intern programs, and produces recruiting data and reporting that enable hiring decisions and a better candidate experience.

  • Support and administer Workday for recruiting activities: job requisitions, candidate communications, events, offer letters, and background check coordination.
  • Troubleshoot Workday workflows and partner with HRIS to implement system improvements.
  • Identify and document opportunities for automation and process simplification; recommend and support approved solutions.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and referral data; verify and audit candidate and pipeline entries.
  • Build and deliver recruiting reports and dashboards (conversion rates, pipeline statistics, hiring outcomes).
  • Coordinate campus recruiting logistics (events, internships, communications) and support onboarding coordination for entry-level hires.
  • Manage recruiting-related budgets and track campus recruiting expenditures.
  • Oversee candidate communications (email, SMS, engagement campaigns) and manage branded promotional items and care packages.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting, People Operations, and Marketing to ensure consistent processes and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Workday resource for recruiting teams; manage event setup, candidate engagement and job posting workflows.
  • Coordinate offer letter issuance and background check administration; review and process background checks for new hires.
  • Maintain employee referral tracking and ensure timely referral payments.
  • Develop, generate, and analyze recruiting reports; present actionable insights to recruiting leadership.
  • Support year-round campus recruiting operations, internship program logistics, and program effectiveness reviews.
  • Manage vendor and program workflows including Becker direct-bill and CPA bonus reimbursement processes (for entry-level associates).
  • Support cross-functional projects that improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR/recruiting operations, program support, or related roles.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR technology; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Campus recruiting, internship program coordination, event logistics, or HRIS experience is a plus.

Estimated Compensation

  • Estimated base: $51,969 per year (estimated).
