Recruiting Coordinators (Seattle)
The Recruiting Coordinator supports a fast-paced recruiting team by managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting activity tracking. This role is key in providing a positive candidate experience and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. What You’ll Do
- Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview logistics (including occasional travel arrangements for visiting candidates).
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems / ATS.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates about their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and produce a weekly candidate-status report.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist the recruiting team with additional coordination tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination role supporting recruiting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree (required per client).
- Strong customer focus with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and calendar management best practices.
- Previous experience supporting talent acquisition teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24.00 per hour (contract). Individual pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
