Overview

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, management, technical and field/craft roles. The ideal candidate has strong talent‑acquisition experience, hands-on ATS knowledge, and a track record of delivering qualified, diverse candidate slates in a high-compliance environment. This role is based onsite in Williams, OK and is a contract position.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define staffing needs and hiring strategy.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, references, offers and onboarding.
  • Serve as the recruiting expert for an assigned territory; develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to develop diverse candidate slates (passive and active sourcing).
  • Coordinate internal transfers and assist with offer/transfer letters and related logistics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and client policies (including affirmative action and record retention).
  • Communicate compensation, benefits and other employment details clearly when delivering offers.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
  • Provide mentoring and support to less-experienced talent acquisition team members when needed.

  • Technical recruiting and recruiting for professional/management roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience placing professional and management level candidates.
  • At least 3 years working with electronic applicant systems (ATS) and internet recruiting sources.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, relationship management, and coaching/consulting skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Contract pay range: $29.00 – $44.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, geographic location and other job-related factors.
  • If eligible, benefits for this temporary role may include: medical, dental & vision; 401(k) retirement plan; voluntary life & AD&D; short- and long-term disability; HSA; transportation benefits; employee assistance program; and paid time off options. Benefits are subject to plan terms and eligibility.
