What You’ll Do
We are hiring an entry-level Recruiter based in Warren, MI to manage full-cycle recruiting across transportation and logistics roles (CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and related positions). This is a fast-paced role for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys outreach, and wants measurable performance-based earnings.
- Full life cycle recruiting and staffing for CDL drivers, dock workers, maintenance technicians and similar roles within a defined region.
- Review applications, qualify candidates, and manage screening and final interviews.
- Maintain high-volume outreach: typically 30–50 outbound and 15–20 inbound calls per day.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the HRIS and ATS; perform daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with hiring teams to ensure timely placements and a positive candidate experience.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an organized, tech-comfortable communicator who thrives under activity-based goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, management, operations, transportation or related field (preferred).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and learning new HR/ATS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and effective written/verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a high-activity environment.
- Experience with Workday, Indeed, and/or Tenstreet is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant interest in HR, logistics, or transportation are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment type: Full time.
- Shift options: M–F, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- On top of a competitive base, recruiters may earn additional performance-based pay — recruiters can earn up to $300 per hire (bonus structure).

This role uses common recruiting tools and HR systems. Familiarity or willingness to learn these will help you be successful:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus)
- Job boards and sourcing platforms (Indeed, Tenstreet, etc.)
- Microsoft Office suite and CRM-style candidate tracking
