What You’ll Do
Our confidential client is hiring an entry-level Recruiter / Technical Sourcer to support hiring for data center and engineering support roles. This is a hands-on, high-volume sourcing role designed for recruiters who enjoy fast outreach and end-to-end coordination.
- Support high-volume sourcing and screening for roles tied to data centers and engineering support.
- Conduct end-to-end recruiting activities: phone screens, scheduling, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Perform consistent outbound outreach (50+ calls daily) to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting Leads to ensure smooth handoffs and successful candidate placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and timely communication across the hiring process.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 6 months–2 years of recent experience in sourcing and recruiting.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to conduct high-volume outreach and meet daily outreach goals.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in recruiting.
Location & Work Schedule
- Location: Oak Hill, VA — 100% onsite.
- Employment type: Contract (with potential full-time opportunities as applicable).
- High-energy, on-site role supporting ongoing hiring needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $37–$38 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
