What You’ll Do
This entry-level Recruiter / Talent Sourcer will help build and maintain hiring pipelines for the Confidential Client’s San Diego office. You’ll focus on sourcing candidates, managing candidate engagement, and supporting interview coordination to help the team meet monthly hiring goals.
- Responsible for talent sourcing and building a robust candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events in San Diego
- Evaluate recruiting processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hire
- Work closely with hiring managers (including the head of sales) to meet monthly recruiting targets
- Track sourcing outcomes and contribute to recruiting metrics and status updates
Who You Are / Qualifications
The Confidential Client is looking for a proactive, organized early-career recruiter or sourcer who can hustle, learn quickly, and operate with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
- Strong work ethic with a high drive to meet objectives
- Initiative-taking, proactive, and open to feedback
- Professional demeanor; able to handle confidential information sensitively
- Collaborative and able to engage with stakeholders across the company
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with solid time-management skills
- 1–2 years of related recruiting or sourcing experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
The Confidential Client follows pay-transparency practices for this San Diego-based role.
- Annual salary: $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience and demonstrated ability to develop sourcing channels and recruiting processes)

Location & Work Model
