What You’ll Do

• Source and engage technical candidates across AI, robotics, HPC, energy, and defense technology markets.
• Research companies, teams, and talent pools to build targeted sourcing strategies.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone; manage timely follow-up and candidate pipelines.
• Screen and qualify candidates, assess fit for technical roles, and facilitate the interview process.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering and technical professionals.
• Track activity and performance against measurable goals; iterate on outreach and sourcing tactics.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience — recruiting, sales, staffing, or other relationship-driven roles are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, persistent, curious, and coachable.
• Interest in AI, robotics, engineering, or emerging technology markets.
• Comfortable with phone outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, and data-driven targets.
• Motivated to build a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or people-leadership.
