What You’ll Do
You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, science, or corporate talent, building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers to place qualified professionals in great roles.
- Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates using online tools, direct outreach, and the firm's network
- Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and reference checks
- Prepare candidates for interviews and new-role onboarding
- Coach candidates, check in on their first day, and maintain relationships throughout assignments
- Maintain and grow a targeted consultant/candidate network aligned to industry skill sets
- Track activity and results in the applicant tracking system

Compensation & Earning Opportunity
- Paid hourly training period followed by an initial base salary of $50,000 (after the paid training period)
- Base salary increases to $60,000 after one year of employment
- Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
- Top performers historically earn significantly more through commission (examples shared by the source client)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, metrics-driven environment
- Team player who collaborates well across groups
