Summary

Join a confidential client as an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee supporting HR & Recruitment efforts. This role owns candidate sourcing and the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, sciences, and corporate talent. You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and clear advancement paths while working in a performance-oriented environment.

You Will

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: meet with hiring managers to define needs, source talent, screen candidates, and manage placements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone and video screens, reference checks, and interview preparation.
• Present opportunities to candidates and coach them through interview and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants and professionals aligned to industry skill sets.
• Establish trusted, long-term relationships and act as a career partner to your network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary range (posted): USD $50,000 / yr — USD $60,000 / yr.
• Paid 13-week training period; initial base salary of $60,000 after hourly paid training period, increasing to $70,000 after one year (per source details).
• Unlimited commission potential; performance-based bonuses and top-performer incentives (annual trips, company-funded programs).
