Role Overview
We are working with a Confidential Client to hire a Recruiter focused on retail/branch hiring. This is a full-time role supporting high-volume, early-career and entry-level hiring programs across branch/retail channels. The position is based in Pennsylvania or Michigan and is eligible for remote work from select U.S. locations (subject to approval). Confidential Client will not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and entry-level retail/branch roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and managing offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver against hiring goals.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools and standard TA workflows to track candidates, schedule interviews, and manage hiring data.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience: timely communication, clear expectations, and accurate status updates.
- Capture and report recruiting metrics; respond to recruiting data requests across the hiring lifecycle.
- Provide basic consultation to business partners on hiring best practices and candidate fit.
- Participate in occasional in-office meetings as required by business needs.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, or relevant experience.
- Typically suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of professional recruiting experience or recent completion of a formal early-career development program.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with ATS/CRM tools and basic recruiting metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (role does not provide visa sponsorship).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management workflows.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for hourly or entry-level roles.
- Familiarity with onboarding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition processes.
