What You’ll Do

You will join a fast-paced staffing team focused on placing early-career talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Source candidates across social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage the candidate search process and clarify expectations around pay rates, titles, and client requirements
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clear, actionable guidance
• Maintain frequent, professional communication to build long-term candidate relationships
• Negotiate offer terms with candidates and support the closing process
• Work independently and use sound judgment to engage and develop talent

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is motivated to start a career in recruiting and sales.

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
• Interest in recruiting, sales, and building relationships
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to self-manage
• Practical problem-solving skills and quick decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000 per year plus an uncapped, competitive commission structure
• Estimated total compensation (industry estimate): ~$68,200 per year
