What You’ll Do
This role supports a confidential client in the Healthcare & Nursing industry. You will deliver full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level and high‑volume roles, partnering with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to fill positions efficiently while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Perform full‑cycle recruiting using phone, email, job boards, direct sourcing, and applicant tracking systems
- Focus on entry‑level and high‑volume hiring needs for the client
- Develop and execute basic recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring leaders, senior peers, and candidates throughout the process
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry hiring laws and internal policies
- Present competitive total compensation packages and, when required, coordinate with Compensation & Benefits
- Participate in recruitment events or community outreach to build candidate pipelines
- Escalate and resolve issues with guidance from senior team members
- Track candidate status and keep applicants informed during every stage of the hiring process
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the TA team and hiring managers
Qualifications
Required
- Entry‑level experience in recruiting or a related HR/talent role
- Working knowledge of screening and interview techniques
- Basic proficiency with recruitment software and common office tools
- Familiarity with Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and affirmative action concepts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong integrity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired
- Prior staffing or high‑volume recruiting experience
- Experience in financial services or knowledge of bank processes (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $30.00–$32.00 per hour (W2)
- Type: 1‑year contract (full‑time, 40 hours/week)
- Work model: Hybrid — onsite approximately 3 days per week in Pensacola, FL
- Employment eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; background and reference checks may be required
