What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to support hiring across driver, warehouse, IT, and administrative roles. You will consult with hiring managers, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and use creative sourcing strategies to attract talent in a competitive market.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles with emphasis on experienced and entry-level CDL Class A drivers
• Source candidates using active outreach, passive sourcing techniques, and innovative channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interview schedules and hiring logistics
• Advise hiring managers on job postings, market trends, and hiring best practices
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system; produce sourcing and pipeline reports as requested
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruiting projects and process improvements
• Represent the organization at networking events and career fairs; occasional events may occur outside normal business hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions
• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and producing recruiting reports
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Compensation

• Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
