What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring for a Campus Recruiting & Early Talent Program role focused on building university partnerships and managing internship, co-op, and rotational programs. You will lead campus-facing recruiting activities and support entry-level hiring to create strong pipelines of early-career talent and future leaders.
- Lead campus recruiting strategies to attract student and recent graduate talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, and diversity-focused groups.
- Represent Confidential Client at career fairs, info sessions, and recruiting events.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for internships, co-ops, rotational programs, and entry-level roles.
- Manage candidate communications and coordinate onboarding for interns and early-career hires.
- Plan and execute internship, co-op, and leadership development programs, including orientations, networking events, and professional development.
- Partner with hiring managers to design meaningful development experiences and support conversion of high-performing interns to full-time roles.
- Track program metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain recruiting data in the ATS and analyze campus recruiting performance.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing for early talent initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Recruiting experience in corporate, agency, university relations, or early-career hiring environments.
- Direct experience supporting campus recruiting, internship, co-op, or early talent programs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience managing structured internship, co-op, or rotational programs.
- Prior university relations or campus recruiting experience.
- Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $38.00 per hour
