Overview

Confidential client is seeking a detail-oriented Rebates Invoicing Analyst based in Woonsocket, RI. This role supports the Rebate Finance function to implement manufacturer contracts, analyze prescription utilization, prepare and send invoices, investigate variances, and reconcile payments. Ideal candidates combine strong Excel skills with analytical thinking and clear communication.


What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day rebate invoicing operations, including invoice preparation, distribution, and tracking.
  • Analyze prescription utilization and rebate calculations to identify variances and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Reconcile incoming payments and post-applied receipts; research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement new rebate contracts and maintain accurate contract documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams (finance, pharmacy operations, contract administration) to coordinate activity and escalate issues.
  • Interact directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to address questions, disputes, and payment inquiries.
  • Prepare routine reports and ad-hoc analyses to support process improvements and cost-reduction objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in finance, healthcare, pharmacy, or related analytical role (internships may be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and common functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, rebate contracts, or the pharmacy benefits industry.
  • Experience with invoicing systems, accounts receivable, or payment reconciliation workflows.
  • Background in data querying or working with large datasets (SQL or similar) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentrations include Math, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Hours & Employment Type

  • Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
  • Time Type: Full time

Compensation

  • Pay Range (base annual): $43,888.00 - $93,574.00
    • This range represents the typical base salary for this job grade. Final offers will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
    • This position may be eligible for bonus or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
