About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Real Estate Capital Markets Sizing Analyst (Agency — Multifamily) to join its Capital Markets team in Birmingham, AL. This analyst role supports senior bankers across agency multifamily and related capital markets groups by building financial models, preparing client materials, and supporting transaction execution. The position is full-time and incentive-eligible and provides clear progression toward Associate-level roles.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing client marketing materials and transaction offering documents
• Build and review financial models, including DCF and leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses
• Prepare valuation analyses and perform financial due diligence
• Support bank/investor meetings and sell-side management presentations
• Conduct industry, market, and client research to support origination and coverage efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets, Risk, and Relationship Management
• Participate in client onboarding, reporting, and transaction execution support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
• Experience expected: internships or 0–2 years preferred (Emerging Talent hires may enter through a structured program)
• MBA is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Target salary range (market reference): Minimum $79,669.01 — Median $100,243.50 per year (Confidential Client — target market range). This role is incentive eligible and may participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
• Benefits snapshot: paid time off, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, disability, HSA/FSA, life insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and other employee benefits (actual eligibility and plans vary).
• This position is exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
