RBT - ABA (Entry Level Opportunity)

What You’ll Do
This role is an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to children in their homes. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help children develop social, communication, motor, and cognitive skills.
- Implement client-specific treatment goals as written by the BCBA
- Deliver behavior interventions and support during sessions (in-home, 1:1)
- Accurately document session progress per policies and procedures
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment plan goals
- Attend required training and in-service activities
- Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethical standards
- Engage children through purposeful play and learning activities
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $23 - $24 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Employment type: Full-time (schedule flexibility; mileage reimbursement for travel between clients)

Responsibilities
- Follow BCBA/Program Supervisor instructions and treatment plans
- Provide direct behavior assistance and interventions to assigned clients
- Complete session documentation and data collection per company policy
- Participate in required training and supervision activities
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and families
- Maintain professional and ethical behavior consistent with certification standards
- Make sessions engaging — playtime is learning time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One of the following education paths:
- Completed at least 12 semester hours of college coursework and currently enrolled in a program leading to an associate’s or bachelor’s degree (psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development, or related fields); OR
- Completed at least 48 semester hours of college coursework
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred (childcare, teacher’s assistant, daycare, camp counselor, etc.)
- Current CPR certification — physical BLS class (American Heart Association) required
- Current PPD or chest X-ray as applicable per state/client requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency may be required
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and training
