Quality Assurance Specialist - Urgent Need
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving service delivery to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in a medical devices environment. This role involves performing QA evaluations, tracking metrics, providing feedback and coaching, and supporting process improvements while managing a high-volume workload with accuracy and consistency. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hybrid work schedule based primarily on-site.

What You’ll Do
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure interactions, processes, and deliverables meet established standards.
- Perform QA evaluations using Microsoft Forms and other quality monitoring tools.
- Track, analyze, and report QA results and metrics to drive process improvements.
- Provide clear feedback and coaching to operational teams based on evaluation outcomes.
- Maintain QA documentation, scorecards, and support materials.
- Help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine QA audits and performance evaluations (scorecards).
- Capture findings and trends in Excel and QA tracking systems.
- Communicate results to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with operations to implement process improvements and monitor impact.
- Support high-volume workloads while preserving accuracy and consistency.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook).
- Experience using MS Forms for evaluations or similar survey/evaluation tools.
- Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and scorecard-based performance evaluation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP, JDE, i5; HighRadius is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of QA or related experience (auditing, call/chat monitoring, or data tracking/reporting).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and QA best practices.

Role Details
- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Duration: 12-month contract (potential extension based on business needs).
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (hybrid — onsite with Friday hybrid as noted).
- Employment type: Contract on W‑2.
- Location: Tempe, AZ (on-site/hybrid as described).
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for this contract (e.g., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or other individuals with valid U.S. work authorization).
