What You’ll Do

This entry-level, full-time Management Associate role within Quality combines hands-on quality work, rotational development, and leadership training over a 12–24 month program. You will help maintain and improve quality systems and processes that ensure product conformance and customer satisfaction.

  • Support the management and maintenance of quality systems critical to ISO/QS 9000 and IATF 16949 certifications
  • Assist in formulating and maintaining quality control standards and objectives
  • Collaborate with research and process technology engineers to investigate and resolve internal and external customer quality issues
  • Assist with development and delivery of quality-control training and documentation
  • Travel to operating facilities as required for investigations and training
  • Maintain a Safety-First mindset for all plant activities
  • Attend relevant conferences and development events in the field

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university at time of hire
  • Fewer than three years of professional work experience
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality is a plus
