Role Summary

Confidential Client is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to support quality administration at a skincare warehouse/fulfillment center in Irvine, CA. This temporary, entry-level friendly role focuses on training administration, document control, compliance recordkeeping, and quality administrative support. Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field will be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and maintain quality training programs and training records.
• Track training completion and ensure personnel compliance with required training.
• Assist in organizing training materials and scheduling quality-related sessions.
• Maintain controlled quality documents in the document management system (SOPs, forms, records).
• Ensure proper version control and archival of quality documentation.
• Maintain logs and records required for compliance activities and support audit preparation.
• Assist with preparation of quality reports and documentation packages.
• Track quality-related actions and follow up to keep records updated and accurate.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields encouraged to apply.
• 0–2+ years QA/QC experience preferred; experience in regulated environments or quality documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with document control, administrative coordination, or training administration is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment and collaborating in a small team.

Role Details

• Employment type: Temporary (long-term coverage for a leave of absence through end of Sep/Oct 2026).
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
• Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).
• Location: Irvine, CA (on-site at a skincare fulfillment center).
• Start: ASAP.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced fulfillment center handling high-touch skincare products.
• Moderate to loud noise from machinery and equipment; ability to follow safety guidelines required.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive motions (picking, packing, scanning, labeling).
• May operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts); training provided.
• Sufficient visual acuity and manual dexterity to read labels and verify product accuracy.
