What You May Work On

  • Manual software testing and exploratory testing
  • Writing, maintaining, and executing test cases and test plans
  • Functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Defect identification, triage, and reporting
  • Working in Jira and Agile/Scrum teams
  • API and database validation and basic verification with SQL
  • Basic automation testing and test script review
  • Collaborating with QA, development, and business stakeholders

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Candidates do not need to be fully experienced QA engineers to apply. We seek people with aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn modern QA tools and practices.

  • 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, IT, or related fields preferred
  • Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, test cases, and defect reporting preferred
  • Familiarity with manual testing concepts; exposure to Jira, SQL, API testing, or automation is an advantage
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments when required
  • Willingness to complete a technical readiness assessment when requested
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred for some placements but not required for all roles

Training & Placement Support (Optional)

Candidates who demonstrate aptitude but need additional technical preparation may be eligible for an optional, paid QA Training & Placement Support Program (separate from employment). The program covers practical topics commonly requested by hiring teams:

  • Manual Testing fundamentals
  • Selenium and basic UI automation (Java)
  • API testing approaches and tools
  • SQL for testers and database validation
  • CI basics (Jenkins), Git/GitHub workflows
  • Modern frameworks (Playwright / Cypress) and AI-assisted QA practices

Important: Participation in the training program is optional and not required for applicants who already meet employer requirements.
