What You’ll Do
You will lead the site-level digital quality assurance program, applying data-driven approaches and digital tools to improve quality outcomes across the supply chain. This role partners with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce unplanned holds and quality incidents, and ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Develop, implement and maintain digital QA strategies and systems.
- Provide Quality Assurance leadership for a focused supply chain environment.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Use digital tools to define action plans that reduce key quality metrics (e.g., unplanned holds, incidents).
- Serve as the site leader for digital quality systems; drive engagement and adoption across the site.
- Participate in development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures and digital solutions.
- Support change management and training for new digital QA processes and systems.
- Collaborate across teams to maximize impact and personal learning.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with data science principles to generate quality insights.
- Experience developing and managing digital quality assurance systems.
- Familiarity with QA tools, methodologies, and method development for QA processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation skills.
- Willingness to consider relocation for career development as business needs arise.
