Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain digital quality assurance strategies and systems at the site level.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives in a focused supply chain environment; use data analysis and data-science principles to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Use digital tools to create and prioritize action plans to reduce key QA outputs (for example: unplanned holds, quality incidents).
• Serve as site leader for digital quality systems; drive engagement, compliance and continuous improvement across the site.
• Support change management for new digital processes and tools; participate in implementing new techniques, procedures, and services under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and learning; document and present results professionally.
• Support team growth and learning; contribute to goal-setting and performance expectations.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and working knowledge of data-science principles to generate quality insights.
• Experience developing, implementing, or managing digital quality assurance systems.
• Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies and with method development for QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to influence site-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in mobility/relocation opportunities as part of long-term career development.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment type: Full time
• Salary range (posted): $85,000 — $122,200 per year (range provided by the hiring organization). Actual pay depends on location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.

• Location: Lima, OH (on-site at the Lima plant). Candidates should be prepared to work on-site and consider relocation for career growth when applicable.
